Their food is pretty good but they are the slowest pizza delivery place I have ever experienced! The food was luke warm at best by the time we got it. I am giving two stars since I do like their pizza but it took well over an hour for delivery on multiple occasions. I'd hate to know how long their wait is during peak times, on weekends, or during sports games. Please speed up your delivery times! Your competitors deliver in 20-40 minutes meanwhile you're taking at least 75 minutes.
Best GF pizza in the chagrin area, I only wish they stayed open longer! They often stop taking orders earlier too so make sure you order before 7pm. I called just before 7:30 for delivery and they said they were too short staffed to accommodate any more orders. Hope this helps!
90% of the time AWESOMEl. The other 10% are good. I had this place at 4 stars. However, they no longer make their caramelized onions. For those of you who have had them, you know why they are worth a star.
Pizza was great. Ingredients were fresh and definitely better quality than the rest if the pizza places around here. Will definitely return next time we decide to get pizza. Also the the guy at the cash register and I'm assuming who made my pizza was very professional and kind. Thanks for the excellent service !
Good food normally but the staff is Definitely not on par. They forgot both my sauces on a large order that involved cheesy bread sticks. How can you forget sauce when you’re making them cheesy bread sticks. What kind Of psycho doesn’t dip their bread sticks in Sauce
Edit: The owner of the shop called and apologized for the extended delay and offered to make things right. He did explain their standard is to call and let a customer know if there is extended delivery delays. I appreciate him reaching out. Not many businesses now a days would even bother so I will remain a customer! Thanks Cleveland Pizza for caring!
Previous Entry: EVERY TIME I order from here it takes well over an hour and half for delivery. The food is always room temp like it sat there for a solid 40 min. Before the driver even bothered to grab it for delivery. While good, you can tell it would be great if I could get it hot. Today it took almost 2 hrs for delivery. I didnt order abything complex or fancy and sadly this will be my last time ordering delivery from here.

Very disappointed, called to order a pizza, after letting it ring for 12 times and no answer, I hung up.....called back, when someone finally answered it was so noisy in the background......but was finally able to place my order. I ordered cheddar cheese as a topping, clearly listed on the menu. The kid stated I could not order cheddar cheese as a topping. I stated that I always order cheddar cheese......he said well I can't find that button. I told him never mind, I'll call a different pizza company!!
